LOA issued to M/s. L&T Geostructure Pvt Ltd, Chennai on 12.11.2021 for Rs.149.36 Cr. Project Duration- 20 months. Work commenced on 03.12.2021. Due to additional work, KPL has granted EOT for 90 days from 03.08.2023 to 31.10.2023. Accordingly, work has been completed on 31.10.2023. Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has inaugurated the terminal and parking yards to the nation on 02.01.2024. |
| 4 | Dredging Plan- Phase - IV (A) |
M/s. Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) has commenced the work on 08.07.2020. Executed the dredging quantity of 3.22 M.Cu.M. out of 4.8 M.Cu.M. under Maintenance Dredging of Phase-IV (A). Due to the fish breeding season (26.4.21 to 14.6.21) and the non-availability of suitable dredgers since June 2021, the dredging works have been temporarily suspended. Again, DCI mobilized and commenced the dredging by deploying DCI DR-XVI on 28.02.2022, and completed the work on 30.04.2022. |
